This email just received really looks official, as if from PayPal:
Checking the From address looks legit, service@paypal.com, but then the To address is the first clue that this is not really from PayPal. A real email from PayPal would have:
- Proper To address
- First and Last name
- A transaction date that isn’t today
- A description of the item purchased
Stay vigilant, and please review email details carefully, especially when they are requesting money and prompting you to click a Button or hyperlink.
