Slowing down the email S P A M

I’m annoyed when my business email address is targeted by email S P A M, so here’s what I do about it. When I notice that email is coming from a certain domain name I can just add that entire domain name to something called my black list with my Internet Service Provider, so I login to my control panel, click on email accounts, find my email account that receives too much S P A M, then click the Blacklist button:

In the blacklist go the offensive domain names:

So now when email comes from any of these bad domains the email doesn’t show up in my Outlook inbox, instead they are caught at my ISP and stopped from being delivered.
Your ISP probably has a similar procedure to place unwanted email domains on a blacklist as well, so that you can focus on your work and not your junk email.
