- Over the years I’ve used many different web and email hosting vendors, however for my own web site I use IONOS, formerly 1and1.com. I setup a client on IONOS recently and wanted to share how you setup a new email account for Apple Mail.
The Apple Mail app comes built-in with any Apple iPhone, iPad or MacBook laptop. There is a one-time setup process, here’s how to do it on a Mac:
Â
Open you Applications folder and click on: Mail

Fill out the three fields for your new mail account:

That’s it. Mail setup is a one-time process, now you get to enjoy your new email account on your Apple device.
