NetBiz referred me to Dr Lu and I helped him to:

  1. Migrate from Yahoo Site Builder to WordPress
  2. Add SEO recommendations from NetBiz
  3. Add a new drop-down menu
  4. Add new pages
  5. Learn how to use WordPress to make his own changes
